As Senior Business Manager Lauren has responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the overall Business Roadmap, managing change and driving forward our key strategic objectives. Lauren’s work involves reshaping operational processes to deliver ‘capacity for growth’ and commissioning systems to mold around these to provide ‘efficiency through innovation’. Lauren has both a financial and operational management background and has been with UKIM since 2004, serving as Company Accountant and Head of Operations.
